Dealing With Self Rejection Pt. 1

We sometimes struggle with the feeling of being unworthy.  #SelfRejection #Flourish  

4. We get anxious about what people think or feel about us.  #SelfRejection #Flourish  

5. Always conscious of what to say or do so we can be accepted.  #SelfRejection #Flourish  

6. Some hate their looks because they have been ridiculed over some of their features.  #SelfRejection #Flourish  

7. This affects our self esteem, relationships and our aspirations in life.  #SelfRejection #Flourish  

8. Some of us can't accept compliments because of #SelfRejection #Flourish  

9. We can't trust or accept kind gestures as we feel undeserving.  #SelfRejection #Flourish  

10. Some guys can't pop up that important question to a girl they've been dating due to unworthiness.  #SelfRejection #Flourish  

11. Some ladies can't accept an invitation to a date, they're just not good enough.  #SelfRejection #Flourish  

12. #SelfRejection also demonstrates itself through compromise; going against your value to gain the admiration of others. #Flourish  

13. Some #SelfRejection is rooted in past mistakes that have brought so much bitterness with life and self. #Flourish  

14. It is also rooted in rejection, when you're rejected by others, you're invalidated and unappreciated. #SelfRejection #Flourish  

15. In rejection, the one who is rejected believes the problem is internal and hence turns to #SelfRejection.  

16. Some #SelfRejection is as a result of what you experienced during your childhood. #Flourish  

17. Children who suffer criticism and comparison by parents are likely to end up with #SelfRejection for lack of self esteem. #Flourish  

18. You can never get a child to become better through criticism and comparison. #SelfRejection #Flourish
