Dealing With Self Rejection Pt. 2

1. Good morning tweeps, I started a series yesterday on #SelfRejection, today I bring the concluding part. #Flouris

2. Discouragement, dejection, rejection can hurt so bad, leading to regret, shame and #SelfRejection. #Flourish  

3. #SelfRejection is a feeling rooted in the mind causing you to be critical, defensive and also negative.  

4. These attitudes do nothing but put you in a situation where you're all by yourself. You feel the whole world has turned against you. #SelfR  

5. Our attitudes and response to life and people that set us up for rejection in some cases. #Se  

6. But whatever is the case, you can work your way to healing starting from the inside  

7. To deal with #SelfRejection, you need to deal with your feelings by identifying its triggers.  

8. What triggers the feeling of #SelfRejection, identify those moments, those words and the thoughts.  

9. Set up counter attack for these feelings using words, thoughts and even body movements.  

10. If you #SelfRejection has to do with your looks, a simple adjustment to how you wear your make-up can do the trick.  

11. Get simple tips on how to better wear make up to suit your facial structure and complexion.  

12. Get tips on what to wear and how to wear what suits your body type.  

13. Work on your postures for sitting and standing. Make eye contact. Grow your confidence.  

14. Take responsibility for your feelings. You're responsible for how you feel and respond to criticism.  

15. Acknowledge the level of your esteem by checking if what was said was that bad or it touched on some points of low esteem.  

16. Understand people and where to place them using their treatment of others.  

17. Those who 'bad mouth' others use it to cover up for their insecurity, so its not about you but their true person being revealed.  

18. It shows they lack what it takes to sustain relationships and make people they meet feel better.  

19. So rather than feel bad for yourself, feel sorry for the one who's critical of others  

20. Engage prayer in dealing with #SelfRejection, and let the truth about your identity in Christ become real in you.  

21. Meditate on the word of God, claim His promises and affirm His counsel over your life.  

22. You are all you ever thought you're incapable of being. You can attract the best because you are the best.  

23. Make some positive confessions and repeat them until they sink in and become a part of you  

24. I am the best. I am valuable. My life is a magnet for the best. My relationships are blossoming. I am worthy of success.  

25. I believe these confessions with you. I see you thriving as an individual, in your relationships and in your endeavours. #Sel
