Align Your Life For A Balance

1. Good morning, its a beautiful day and a loaded week. Its time to get fired up for the week ahead on #Flourish. I welcome you.  

2. Do you think your entire life is at odd or aligned with your purpose derived goals? #Flourish  

3. What goals did you set for this month, this week and today? Do this goals define who you really are? #Flourish  

4. Or are they mere compilation of activities just to ensure you're on always on something? #Flourish  

5. Are you committed to many things that you sometimes find yourself spinning out of control? #Flourish  

6. Have you observed while trying to keep everything together including the wrong things, you end up loosing valuable ones? #Flourish  

7. You may derive initial satisfaction with our hands into so many things but after a while (1/2) #Flourish  

8. You'll discover there's a big difference between achievement and fulfilment. (2/) #Flourish  

9. Trying to be everything and everywhere for everybody entangles your true identity. #Flourish  

10. When you feel overwhelmed, get a break off what you're doing and ask yourself, is this where my importance lies? #Flourish  

11. Do these activities define who I am and my values in life? Am I really designing a life around what I value most for myself? #Flourish  

12. You can only design a life you can be pleased with when you understand what matters most to you. #Flourish  

13. What are your values? What are those things that matter most to you? #Flourish  

14. Are your values reflected in your daily activities? What percentage of your time do you spend on these? #Flourish  

15. The next step would be to create a balance by protecting and promoting what you value. #Flourish  

16. This would also require making adjustments where necessary for what's important. #Flourish  

17. Some questions to help make adjustments and create balance for one who places family as key priority. #Flourish  

18. How often do you spend time with members of your family? Do you pay attention to their feelings? #Flourish  

19. How often do you include them in your decision making process? #Flourish  

20. What family goal have you set and implemented in the last 6months? #Flourish  

21. If fulfilling purpose is a key value then you should have plans on ground to align your life with purpose. #Flourish  

22. What is the price you need to pay to achieve purpose? #Flourish  

23. Is health a priority for you? Then what health goals have you set for yourself? #Flourish  

24. What sacrifices are you willing to make to achieve wellness? #Flourish  

25. Though no matter what is written down as our value, we ultimately live out the true answer. #Flourish  

26. This is reflected in the choices we make, what takes most of our energy, time and actions. #Flourish  

27.We need to be honest about what we value and live within that. Trying to live outside value creates a sense of failure. #Flourish  

28. Don't try to seek importance by entangling your true purpose in so many commitments, you end up loosing your identity. #Flourish  

29. When your commitments are all tailored towards defining your purpose your true identity evolves. #Flourish  

30. Some keys to aligning your life and creating balance are. 1. Set realistic goals. Break your life's vision into achievable goals. #Flourish  

31. 2. Trust others as you let go of some control. Don't hold too tightly to control, believe in the abilities of others.  

32. 3. Stop trying to prove yourself, get help when needed.  

33. 4. Stop adding and start subtracting those activities that don't add real value.  

34. 5. Don't compromise rest. We retain our ability to remain productive when we realise the need to replenish what's been drained out through rest.
