Our study on the life of Rahab the great woman of faith has been very insightful and full of lessons. As I end this series today, I want you to know that your life and future can be beautiful because God gives beauty for ashes. He's in the business of beautifying destinies including yours. He will decorate your life and place you on the pinnacle of glory. Where you are now may not look like it but the impact of your emergence on the scene shall be like the bolt of lightening.
Let's journey on as we consider the concluding lessons from this beautiful story:
Lesson 9 - God has a plan for your life which must be fulfilled when you cooperate with Him.
It doesn't matter at what point of your life you come to Him, He is waiting patiently for you because there are no 2 of you, you are unique in your own way. You are wired the way you are for God's assignment on this earth. Stop measuring your life and success by man's standard but by how much cooperation you are giving to the Holy Spirit as you journey through life.
Prayer Confession:
Lord I refuse to fulfill any other agenda contrary to what you have written concerning my life. I live in full cooperation with the Holy Spirit so your plan and counsel for me can come to pass.
Lesson 10 - Understand that other destinies are tied to the fulfillment of yours.
When God looks at you He doesn't just see you as an individual standing alone, He sees you fulfilled in your purpose with lives connected to you for their lifting. The fulfillment of God's promise to mankind through the birth of Christ was linked to Rahab's destiny, one way or the other she just had to come out of prostitution to fulfill that purpose. Take a moment to ponder the lives of these great men and ask yourself what would have become of the destinies attached to them if they hadn't fulfilled their purpose, Pastor Sam Adeyemi, Aliko Dangote, Bill Gates, Pastor E. A. Adeboye just to mention a few. The world is waiting for you.
Prayer Confession:
I am a destiny achiever, no power can stop me in Jesus name.
Lesson 11: Don't wait for the perfect time act now.
Rahab didn't wait for the dust to settle down before tying the scarlet to her window so as not to raise suspicion, but the bible says immediately she let down the spies she carried out her own part of the agreement. That is acting swiftly according to instruction. Many times we receive instructions through revelation but instead of acting on it we wait for the perfect timing when we're sure our permutation and calculus will work out and while we're waiting doubt sets in, fear takes over and the enemy eventually robs us of the zeal to act on it and then our perfect excuse is, "maybe I didn't hear God well," or "maybe this is not the right time for me/the vision". Ideas flow in the realm of the spirit, while you're still meditating and debating over yours somebody somewhere has caught the same vision and is working on it. Don't be second best, act on your vision now and be original.
Prayer Confession:
I am a goal getter, I break free from the spirit of procrastination and every other force holding me down in Jesus name.
Lesson 12: Update your knowledge
The decisions you make today affect your destiny tomorrow. The quality of your decision is influenced by how much you know, how much information you have access to. When was the last time you updated your knowledge or skill on your field? You dominated the market yesterday fine, you're the rave of the moment cool, but will you still be relevant tomorrow? Technology keeps improving, people keep inventing cheaper, faster and better ways of getting things done, don't sit with your old tricks, the world will soon pass you by. Rahab had the necessary information about the spies on her finger tip (Josh.2:9&10) and this informed her decision in vs 12&13. There are free online trainings in whatever field you have passion for, it might not be comprehensive enough but it will take you steps higher than where you were before you started. Don't be among those who perish for lack of knowledge.

I have a sound mind, I am increasing in knowledge, I have the right information to take me to another level, I am getting better and better at what I do
Grace is available to take you higher even as God is ready to give you a new start. Remain blessed and see you at the top.
