God isn't just interested in our righteous living, He also cares about us getting the best out of life. Living life in full and enjoying every bit of it. So, don't put your happiness on hold until your dream is completely fulfilled. Don't live a dissatisfied life all because some things around you are yet to take the form you expect. Joy is of the Lord, no material possession can give you joy. Allow His joy fill your soul and your emptiness.
Enjoy where you are now. Live in contentment as you look forward to a better tomorrow. Celebrate your gifts and talents, don't wait until you're recognised. Create your own opportunities. God never intended that we lock up our lives in a lifelong struggle before we can be fulfilled but desires that we live in contentment so we can enjoy every moment of our lives.
Your happiness should not be trapped in the chase for possessions or positions, as the world tries to define success by what you have. Rather let it be an attitude that flows from a satisfied heart. If you choose to chase success the world's way, peace will definitely elude you, because you'll never have enough to amount to success. No matter the standard for success set by the world, the discipline must start from your mind. Whatever your mind accepts, your subconscious mind conditions you to live out. Your mind needs to accept that success begins from you accepting and believing in yourself.

• Look at the brighter side of things and draw contentment from that situation.
• What positive changes can you bring to the situation? Start to work on this.
