In Gen.2:18, God took a decision that brought you and I and other fellow women into existence. #TheSuitableHelp

He decided to make a helper suitable (comparable to, fit) for the man because the man was incomplete. #TheSuitableHelp

As a wife, you are the answer to your husband's deficiency, the one who makes him complete.  #TheSuitableHelp

The one who meets his need for relationship and companionship. #TheSuitableHep

The one who prepares him for destiny by bringing out the best in him. #TheSuitableHelp

You are a suitable complement for his strengths and weaknesses so he can be better equipped for purpose. #TheSuitableHelp

Each time you fail to meet up with your responsibility as the help suitable for your spouse.....(1)

.....you indirectly neglect your part in the fulfillment of his purpose in God(2). #TheSuitableHelp

Being #TheSuitableHelp also requires you to be an encourager to your spouse aside from satisfying his appetite for food n sex.

Are you encouraging him or frustrating his efforts with so many complaints? #TheSuitableHelp

How much of your hand is visible in his life and endeavours? #TheSuitableHelp

Do you warm is heart and brighten his day with your smile or do you leave that to his female colleagues to do. #TheSuitableHelp

Can he call you up for a boost of energy and inspiration when he's having it rough.....(1)

.....and when he does how do you respond, with a snap or with love? #TheSuitableHelp

You are #TheSuitableHelp for him that is why yours should appear first when he needs a helping hand.

Don't be missing in your primary place of assignment in your marriage. #TheSuitableHelp

Do not delegate your role as #TheSuitableHelp. Make your place beside your spouse a priceless treasure.

Place a value on your role in his life and don't make it look like something anyone can step in and hold forth for you. #TheSuitableHelp

How responsive are you to your spouse's needs? Not all men are as expressive as the women. #TheSuitableHelp

That he doesn't communicate it does not mean its not there, if its a need then it has to be met. #TheSuitableHelp

If you're sensitive you can pick his needs. #TheSuitableHelp

No one can fill your husbands emptiness better than you do. #TheSuitableHelp

It isn't only women who feel lonely in marriage, men too get to that point....(1)

Recognise the need to validate your man and make him feel wonderful. #TheSuitableHelp

You have a great role to play in d life of ur husband, u're not one of his gadgets but a virtuous wife, make it ur reality. #TheSuitableHelp

Ask for wisdom from Him who created you #TheSuitableHelp for your spouse.

May God's grace be multiplied to you as you fulfil your role as #TheSuitableHelp in the life of your spouse.
