He Is Still Grooming You

When a new chapter of your live unfolds and God begins to show you a new aspect of you, sometimes it could be a new talent or ability loaded with potentials that has just been discovered, you begin to dream big with it, you want it to happen so fast, but then its like God is too slow with the process, He's not slow, He's taking you one step at a time, grooming you for your manifestation. You discover a new trade, e.g cake making, make up artistry, fashion designing and you're so excited about it, you want the jobs to start rolling in, you even dream of your own fashion show, this is all good. 

I remember once I was praying for opportunity in an area of my life and one day as I was walking outside my house the Holy Spirit asked me, this opportunity you're asking for is it your own kind of opportunity or my own kind of opportunity, trust now I said His own, He then asked me again, if I bring my own kind of opportunity are you prepared for it? End of story, there and then I knew without being told I wasn't really ready for what I was asking for, it became clearer to me that the opportunities I was praying for did not come then because God was still grooming me. 

There are certain blessings if released into our lives when we ask for them can lead to our destruction because we're not prepared, spiritually, physically, emotionally, psychologically and intellectually for it. God is omniscient, He's all knowing, He knows what you can handle per time, you might think you are ready, you've got what it takes but because He doesn't want your fall He withholds some and decides to take you a step at a time, you ask for a crowd He gives you one person, you ask for a city He gives you one street, you ask for a million naira job to execute He gives you a N10,000 job that you might even need to make up with your own money, His ways are unsearchable. Stay with HIM. 

Note: this doesn't mean you have to go to sleep on your dream, you can use it in other little ways available to you but for the big blast you are expecting, it will come when you are ready.
